PLNTHOUSE at 1 Hotel South Beach

Imagine this, you’re searching the hashtag #MiamiVegan on Instagram looking for some conscious eats and you come across the your home goals decor inspo. The first thing you do is click the picture and stalk the Instagram page and you notice not only is it a complete vibe but the restaurant is definitely Instagram worthy. You grab your bag, mini tripod and call your uber in a rush because you’re inspired and hungry.

You hop out the uber, walk inside and instantly catch a vibe. 1 Hotel South Beach is green and when I mean green I mean boho heaven with a luxury twist for any traveler in Miami. Its calm, minimalistic and filled with plants everywhere. You head to the elevator, pass the spa and walk into PLNTHOUSE.  I could explain but I’ll let the pictures do the talking for me.

If you follow me on Instagram you know I love a good Acai smoothie bowl. As soon as I came across one on their all day smoothies + bowl menu I had to order it just to see if it was #DanielleApproved. My One Acai contained bananas, acai, blueberries, strawberries and camu. The consistency was beyond my expectations. Sometimes smoothie bowls can be too icy or cold but this was so smooth that it gently glided down my throat. Presentation was a plus as well. Don’t believe me? Check out this clip from my Instagram page:
